Inspired By All The Little Things #45

*Note:  this is my second post for today.
Scroll down or click here to see my post for the PTI blog hop. Thanks!

Today, I have a card to share for
Inspired By All the Little Things #45:

It was my intention to make a neutral card for the challenge,
but I just couldn't resist adding in a touch of aqua!

I started by layering my panel over a strip of Crate Paper patterned paper.
I also paper-pieced the same paper for the cup, which I diecut using Caffeinated Cups Confetti Cuts
and stamped with the coordinating Caffeinated Cups stamp.
I stamped the coffee in the cup using Be A Barista.

I stamped my sentiment (from Be A Barista) on my background panel and
on the doily and then adhered them together.
A button and twine finishes it off.

Papertrey Ink February Blog Hop

Next, I have a card to share for today's Papertrey Ink Blog Hop.

Our challenge was to use this beautiful photo as inspiration:

Feb Blog Hop Inspiration

Isn't it lovely and elegant?
I have to admit, I found this piece a little challenging.
I had one initial idea, but it didn't pan out.
I started a second card and disliked it.
Late last night, I finally came up with something with which I was pleased...
Here's my card:

I struggled with creating such a dark background, so I settled for blending
PTI Stormy Sea onto my Stamper's Select White panel
and onto a piece of patterned paper with text on it.
I stamped my Brushed Blooms stamps onto their coordinating diecut
in the colours from the photo -- PTI Spring Moss, Raspberry Fizz and Canyon Clay
and Altenew Mango Smoothie and Deep Iris.

I stamped my sentiment (from Spring Woods) in Altenew Jet Black ink.

PTI's Celebrating the Past, Present & Future -- 2013 to 2016

Today, I have five cards to share that I made for Papertrey Ink's

For my card for 2013, I used my Pedal Pusher set to make two cards:

For my first card, I stamped my background using PTI's City Scene in Altenew's
Morning Frost and Evening Grey.
I blended Evening Grey and Mountain Mist onto my background.
I stamped my bicycle on the coordinating diecut in Mountain Mist, Evening Grey
and Jet Black ink.

I stamped my sentiment using Tropics.
I also decided to make a one layer card, suing the same colours of ink.

The sentiment is from Pedal Pusher and I stamped the hearts in Altenew Crimson.

For 2014, I made a card using Feather Finery:

I used my MISTI to stamp each leaf three times in PTI Stormy Sea, Ocean Tides & Aqua Mist.
I spritzed my stamp with water each time before stamping it.
I stamped the speckles in Stormy Sea, without spritzing them with water.

I stamped my sentiment using Spring Woods.

For 2015, I made a card using Brushed Blooms:

A simple card where I stamped my images onto my background using
Altenew Morning Frost, Frosty Pink, Coral Berry, Ruby Red and Jet Black.

My sentiment was stamped using Spring Woods.
A sprinkling of Rainstones finish it off.

For 2016, I was inspired by this card that Betsy Veldman made:

I love how Betsy layered the two tulip diecuts together.
I decided to try the same thing with my Brushed Blooms stamp set.
Here's my card:

I blended Altenew Mountain Mist ink onto my background
and used the same ink on my diecuts, along with Altenew Mango Smoothie &
Ruby Red and PTI Simply Chartreuse, Limeade Ice & Orange Zest.

I stamped my sentiment using Spring Woods.

PTI's Celebrating the Past, Present & Future -- 2009 to 2012

Today, I have five cards to share that I made for Papertrey Ink's

For my card for 2009, as I don't own any sets from PTI that were released that year,
I was inspired by this card that Laurie Schmidlin shared, using Giga Guidelines:

I used my PTI Lovely Layers card to make my card:

I loved the score lines that Laurie put on her card, so I did the same, using my Scor Pal.
I stamped my flowers on my background and on my coordinating diecuts
using Altenew inks.
I matted my card on PTI's aqua mist cardstock.

I heat embossed my sentiment (from Bloomers) in white on a strip of black cardstock.

For 2010, I was inspired by this card that Betsy Veldman made:

I don't own Wreath for All Seasons, like Betsy used, so I pulled out one
of my favourite PTI sets -- Twig Wreath:

I stamped my background using my Concord & 9th Barnwood stamp.
I diecut my white panel using Mama Elephant's Femme Frames.
I diecut my flowers/sprigs using my Twig Wreath diecuts and stamped
them with their coordinating images using Altenew inks.

I stamped my sentiment using Spring Woods.

For 2011, I was thrilled that Nichole picked a set that I own
-- one that I just purchased last year -- Garden Variety.

A simple card where I stamped my images onto my background and
the coordinating diecuts.

My sentiment was stamped using the Bountiful Mini Kit.

I love how she turned the seed packet from on its side!
Here's my card:

I used the Concord & 9th Barnwood Background stamp on my strip of aqua mist cardstock.

I stamped my sentiment using Winter Woods.

For 2012, I was inspired by this card that Betsy Veldman made:

I loved the white diecut clouds layered over the watercolored sun rays.
Here's my card:

I smooshed Terracotta Tile, Orange Zest, Raspberry Fizz
and Summer Sunrise inks, mixed with water, onto my watercolour paper.
Over that, I layered some Fancy Foliage Details diecuts.

I stamped my sentiment using Winter Woods.
