Here's a tag that I made for my mother-in-law's gift:
I used PTI cardstock (stamper's select white, kraft), stamps (2011 holiday tags) , twine & dies (damask snowflakes). I also used some Simple Stories patterned paper, a Marvy Uchida scalloped punch and my SU! circle punch.

I'm not sure if the center is embossed, but it's got a thicker snowy look to it which is fantastic with the snowflake theme!
