Reverse Confetti February New Release Blog Hop

Hey there, 'Fetti Fans!
Welcome to the Reverse Confetti February New Release Blog Hop!

We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all of the new Reverse Confetti
stamp sets & dies, which are available to purchase today!

For my blog hop project, I made a card and a couple of coordinating journaling cards
using the new The Lord's Strength stamp set and Swirlies Confetti Cuts.

Here's my card:

I started by diecutting the Swirlies Confetti Cuts from pure poppy and aqua mist cardstock,
as well as from some post-it notes.
I used the post-it notes to create some stencils to apply some ink to my card front
using a Tim Holtz blending tool.
Then, I created another stencil using the larger leaf die from Fresh 'n Fruity Confetti Cuts
and applied some teal ink to my card to add some leaves.

I stamped the sentiment from The Lord's Strength and did a little masking/selective inking
to switch the "ME" to "YOU", which I grabbed from the sentiment
"May the Lord be gracious and give you peace."

I love the sentiment both ways!
Since the One Little Word I chose for myself this year is "strong",
I made a little bookmark for myself to remind me of this truth.

I used the same techniques!

And because I thought it might be fun to make a book mark to give away...

I diecut both of these using the large journaling card die from Documented Confetti Cuts.
