Here is the fourth treat bag that I made using this week's Make It Monday at Papertrey Ink: Layered Mats and Frames.
I used PTI cardstock (true black), stamps (falling leaves), medium glassine bag & dies (Mat Stack #5 & Fillable Frame #7). The patterned paper is My Mind's Eye.
