CAS(E) This Sketch #61

Today, I have a card to share that I made for
CAS(E) This Sketch #61 by Julie Day:

Here's my card:

I used my Papertrey Ink City Scene stamps and some masking to stamp the background.
I then die cut some of the City Scene buildings and stamped them, adhering one directly to the background and the rest with dimensional adhesive to give the illusion of dimension.
A little inking on the background makes me think of a golden sunrise.

The sentiment is from Wplus9's Valentine Wishes.

Visit CAS(E) this Sketch to see the rest of the DT's takes on the sketch
and to play along, if you'd like.
You have until Thursday, January 30th to link up your card.

Thanks for looking!

  20. Are you in my mind? Seriously! I was just looking at the new PTI stuff I got for Christmas and was going to do a gray background of those buildings with colored die-cut ones on top. Well, good thing I saw this because I'm sure it wouldn't have come out as pretty as yours : ) It's really gorgeous, Leigh! Now, after reading about your PL dilemma and seeing this PTI building card, I'm curious to see what your next post will be!

  26. I absolutely positively love everything about this card! It is amazing! I don't own this set yet, but I really like that you are showing it in a non-Christmasy way...makes it very versatile. I think I'm going to need to buy it. And that sentiment is perfect.
