Hi there!
Today I have a card to share that I made for a couple of challenges.
Firstly, it's for the most recent Case Study Challenge, where they're featuring one of my
favourite stampers: Danielle Flanders.
As inspired as I was by this card, I was actually more inspired
by the card that Danielle made for the challenge:
Isn't it cool?
Since I have that cover plate, I decided to use it like a mask with watercolours,
just like Danielle did.
Here's my card:
After using the cover plate as a stencil and adding some splatter,
I added some die cut/stamped Wplus9 Fanciful Feathers, attached with a button.
The sentiment is also from Fanciful Feathers.
Now, I have to say that adding the splatter with the paintbrush
like that was totally out of my comfort zone -- because I couldn't control exactly where it went!
So, I'm linking this up to WPlus9's Birthday Celebration Week 4 Challenge: Stretch It,
because this messy technique was a stretch for me.
Thanks for looking!
