Reverse Confetti Sketch for you to try #20

Today, I have a card to share for Reverse Confetti Sketch for You to Try #20: 

I decided to rotate the sketch 180˚.

Here's my card...

Isn't it cute?

I used some some Crate Paper Notes & Things patterned paper.

I diecut my circle using the largest circle from Circles 'n Scallops Confetti Cuts and

stamped it with a sentiment from Roundabout Additions.

I diecut two banners using the banner from Tag Me Confetti Cuts and stamped the sentiment from Sweet Thing.)

A clothespin and some wooden stars from Pretty Pink Posh finish it off.
