Countdown to Confetti: Tweet Life & More than Jellybeans

Hey, 'Fetti Fans, welcome to Day 1 of the March Release for Reverse Confetti

This is such a fabulous release, with five new stamp sets and seven new Confetti Cuts!
Lots of sweet goodness coming this month!

Today, we are introducing two new sets that are perfect for spring:
an adorable new set called The Tweet Life & a wonderfully fun Easter set called More than Jellybeans.
And, they both come with coordinating Confetti Cuts!

First up: the cards I made using The Tweet Life:

Isn't this sweet? It makes me think of a children's book cover.
I layered some white cardstock over my aqua background.
And then I added a Spring Fling Quick Cut Panel, on which I stamped the
two sweet little birds from The Tweet Life.
Then, I paper-pieced them using some cardstock.
I stamped their tummies, using the stamps in coordinating ink.

Next, I used a couple more Spring Fling Quick Cut Panels.

This time, I layered two of the Spring Fling Quick Cut Panels on my card.
Using the coordinating The Tweet Life Confetti Cuts, I added a bird, which I watercoloured
with some gelatos.

And, I paper-pieced the adorable little birdhouse using a piece of the Spring Fling Quick Cut Panel
that was tucked behind the other Spring Fling Quick Cut Panels.

I stamped the little flower (also from The Tweet Life) in the centre and heat embossed it in clear.

And, lastly, I have a third card that I made using the sweet little birdhouse stamp.

I stamped the birdhouse three times in versamark and heat embossed it in white.
Then, using some gelatos, I watercoloured the background and houses.
I stamped my sentiment when it was dry in versafine onyx black ink.

Now, I have a couple of cards to share that I made using the new More Than Jellybeans.

First up, is this card, on which I also used a new Confetti Cuts that's being released this month.
It's a Double Banner Garland and it's amazing!

I used some Easter colours and stamped my sweet bunny in aqua mist.
I created my banners by diecutting them from aqua mist and lemon tart cardstock.

And on my last card that I'm sharing today, I had a lot of fun with the coordinating Confetti
Cuts that go along with More Than Jellybeans.

Once again, I used some aqua and yellow.
I stamped my sentiment/egg from More than Jellybeans by inking it up with lemon tart and aqua mist ink, after diecutting it with the coordinating More Than Jellybeans Confetti Cuts
For the other two eggs, I used the smooching technique with the same inks onto some
white cardstock, let it dry and then diecut them.

Do you like my basket?
I made it by diecutting the Tag Me, Too Confetti Cuts tag from kraft cardstock.
Then, I ran it through my diecutting machine with the new Double Banner Garland  along
the bottom to diecut the curved edge.
For the top of the basket, I used the bottom edge of the curved Beautiful Banners Confetti Cuts.
Then, I curved one of the striped stamps from So Stripey and stamped it in classic kraft ink.
I straightened it out to stamp the lines running vertically on the basket.
I was pretty pleased with how it turned out!
