This is such a fabulous release, with five new stamp sets and six new Confetti Cuts!
Lots of sweet goodness coming this month!
Today, we are introducing two fun new sets with coordinating Confetti Cuts:
You Are a Star & Posted Note Sentiments.
I decided to use both of these new sets together to make my card.
I've was inspired to make it by the confetti wall treatments
I've been noticing lately, like this one:
I decided instead of circles, though, to use the stars from You Are a Star.
I started with a base of sweet blush cardstock.
Then I stamped my stars in versa mark and embossed them in gold.
Originally, I'd planned to just have the large sentiment star from You Are a Star
in the centre, but something is off with my gold embossing powder
and it wasn't terribly clear.
So, I added the sentiment from Posted Note Sentiments in Versafine onyx black
and then heat embossed it with black embossing powder.
That's it for today!
There will be a $15 gift certificate up for grabs, so you make sure you leave a comment

ReplyDeleteYour gold 'confetti' stars, on the delicate pink background...so pretty! Wouldn't this be lovely in a bedroom...with pink and gold bedding, and maybe just a pop of black - say a lamp - for a bit of drama? Oh my...now I want to renovate our place (which it needs desperately...actually, beyond desperately!)...
