Reverse Confetti October New Release Blog Hop

Hey there, 'Fetti Fans!
Welcome to the Reverse Confetti October New Release Blog Hop!

The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog and
you should have made it here from the wonderfully inspiring Amy Sheffer's blog
It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing.

We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all of the new Reverse Confetti
stamp sets & dies, which are available to purchase today!

I made two projects for the hop, and they coordinate,
which makes me happy:

For my card, I used

Isn't it pretty?
I decided to use the new Layered Snowflake Confetti Cuts,
which I diecut from white woodgrain cardstock
and cut apart.

I pressed ink onto my acrylic block and added water before
painting it onto my card for a watercolour effect.
Then, I flicked some white acrylic paint over top.

I stamped the sentiment (from Winter Word Coordinates)
in tropical teal and added the Winter Words Confetti Cuts "snow" that
I also diecut from the woodgrain cardstock.

Visit CAS(E) this Sketch to see the rest of the DT's takes on the sketch
and to play along, if you'd like.
You have until Thursday, October 15h to link up your card.

I'm also linking this card up to this week's
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Clean & Simple Christmas.

Reverse Confetti is also releasing a new product this month.
It's a clear pillow box.

I decided to decorate mine using some more white woodgrain cardstock
and the Layered Snowflake Confetti Cuts.

Kay Miller designed these dies, which are incredible!
Here's a graphic that shows different ways you can layer these dies:

Very cool, right?
I kept my Layered Snowflake fairly simple...

I used some kraft and aqua mist cardstock to build my snowflake.

On a strip of tropical teal cardstock, I stamped the sentiment
(from the previously released Sweet Thing) in versa mark
and heat embossed it in white.

I hope you’ve enjoyed hopping with us today!
Be sure and join us on the 8th of every month for more Reverse Confetti inspiration!
