Countdown to Confetti: Topped Off Bubbly Confetti Cuts

Welcome, 'Fetti Fans to Day 3 of the November Release for Reverse Confetti

It's another fabulous holiday release,
with two new stamps sets & four new Confetti Cuts!

Today, we are introducing another fun new tag topper
that coordinates with Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts --
it's called Topped Off Bubbly Confetti Cuts.

My friend, Kathy's birthday is coming up later this month, so I decided to wrap
her gift and make a tag using the new Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts &
Topped Off Bubbly Confetti Cuts.

I inked the top portion of the Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts tag
and put a Topped Off Bubbly Confetti Cuts that I diecut from pure poppy cardstock.
I stamped the sentiments from With Love in aqua mist and pure poppy
and then stamped our names in aqua mist using Alphabetical.

I also used the new Topped Off Bubbly Confetti Cuts to make a card.

I watercolored the background of my white woodgrain cardstock using
some watered down Tropical Teal ink.

I diecut two of the Topped Off Bubbly Confetti Cuts from another
piece of the white woodgrain cardstock and adhered them with some dimensional adhesive.
I stamped the sentiment (from With Love) onto some dark charcoal cardstock
and heat embossed it in white and adhered it over top to cover the seam
from the two diecuts.

That's it for today!
