Countdown to Confetti: Lovey Words & Big Notes

Welcome, 'Fetti Fans to Day 1 of the January Release for Reverse Confetti! 

Reverse Confetti will be doing monthly releases now, 

starting with Countdown to Confetti posts on the 5th of each month

and the release on the 8th.

This month is a fun release, full of love & cuteness,

with four new stamps sets & seven new Confetti Cuts!

Today, we are introducing two fabulous new sets:

a large-scale sentiment set called Big Notes  

and sentiment stamp set called Lovey Words with coordinating Confetti Cuts.

I combined all three of these to make my card.

I thought the "all you need is love and chocolate.... lots and lots of chocolate" sentiment

was so adorable that I had to create a chocolate bar for my card!

I started by diecutting some dark chocolate cardstock with the inside die

from the Gift Card Holder Tag Confetti Cuts and then scored it so it looked like pieces in a bar.

I cut off the bottom and wrapped it in aluminum foil.

I created the wrapper by repeatedly stamping the "xox" stamp from Big Notes 

in pink on my sweet blush background.

Then, I stamped the Lovey Words in dark chocolate and added the "love" Lovey Words Confetti Cuts.

I wrapped the cardstock around my "bar" and adhered it to my card back.
