Today, I have a card to share for Papertrey Ink's July Create Along with Us,
where I was inspired by these cards by the amazing Betsy Veldman:
Aren't they fabulous?
I combined ideas from both cards to make my card:
I diecut the Shaker Shapes star from my front panel.
On my back panel I heat embossed the flowers from Sketched Florals in white
and then blended ink over top.
I diecut the stars from Shaker Shapes: Circle and blended ink onto them as well.
For my sentiment, I stamped it (from Layered Banner Banter)
onto the vellum and heat embossed it in white.
A few wooden stars finishes is off.

ReplyDeleteOh, Leigh, I love your starry, ink-blended card! Both of those cards by Betsy caught my eye also (but then I've never found one of hers I didn't like). Your white-embossed sentiment on vellum finished it off beautifully.
