Reverse Confetti New Release Blog Hop

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti August New Release Blog Hop!

We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all of the new Reverse Confetti 

stamp sets & dies, which are now available to purchase!

First of all, I have a card that I made by combining the Forever In Our Hearts

and Toucan of Friendship stamp sets.

I inked up my sentiment from Forever In Our Hearts using 

three different shades of ink, washi tape for masking and my MISTI.

I diecut an All Framed Up Confetti Cuts frame and blended the same

three shades of ink onto it, using my blending tool to created an ombre effect.

As a finishing touch, I stamped the flower from Toucan of Friendship

beneath my sentiment.

Now, I have to confess that I quite fell in love the adorable elephant from Coffee and You!

I have three cards to share that I made pairing him with other sets

from the release.

With two coffee-themed sets this month -- Coffee and You & Just Brew It, 

I couldn't resist combining them together to make a card.

I stamped the sentiment/image from Just Brew It directly onto my card panel

and added a strip of black along the bottom.

I diecut the Coffee and You Confetti Cuts elephant and stamped him

with the coordinating Coffee and You in versafine onyx black onto 

watercolour paper and heat embossed it in clear.

I used my Zig Markers and a water brush to colour him in.

Next, I combined Coffee and You with Cute As A Button.

I started with a piece of Becky Higgins patterned paper as my base.

On it, I stamped the super sweet sentiment from Cute As A Button.

I diecut and coloured in the elephant using the same technique as above,

but I did a little masking to mask off the coffee cup on his trunk.

And lastly, I combined Coffee and You with Forever In Our Hearts.

I created some interest by dieting a bunch of frames using All Framed Up Confetti Cuts

and stamped the sentiment from Forever In Our Hearts in one of them.

I used the same technique as above to diecut, mask and colour my elephant

-- but this time in blue!

I love how this card turned out!
