Countdown to Confetti: Christmas Blessings & Vintage Ornaments

Welcome, 'Fetti Fans to Day 2 of the October Release for Reverse Confetti

This month's release is really fantastic!
In addition to four new stamps sets & eleven new Confetti Cuts,
we're also releasing four new colours of cardstock & ink,
new patterned paper and a new stencil!
Make sure you come back and visit every day for the next three days,
so you don't miss a thing!

Today, we're showcasing two wonderful new holiday sets!
One is a faith-based sentiment set called Christmas Blessings,
that's perfect for card making and Bible journaling.
The second is a fun set called Vintage Ornaments that comes with coordinating Confetti Cuts.

I created my first card using CAS(E) This Sketch #193 designed by me:

Here's my card:

I started by applying the new Stone Ink to a piece of Stone Cardstock
with the new Pointed Out Stencil.
I stamped the sentiment from Christmas Blessings in versamark onyx black ink.

I added three snowflakes that I diecut using the new Snowflake Trio Confetti Cuts.
Aren't they beautiful?

Visit CAS(E) this Sketch to see the rest of the DT's takes on the sketch
and to play along, if you'd like.
You have until Thursday, October 13th to link up your card.

Next up, I created a card using a fun new set of dies called Pop Up Circle.

These dies allow you to create a feature on your cards that pops up the top panel
from the rest of the card -- so many fun possibilities with this!
I decided to diecut the largest circle from Lacy Scallop Circles Confetti Cuts,
over which I layered a scalloped circle from Pop Up Circle.
Over this, I added a wreath, created by diecutting some Cloud White Cardstock
and blending some new Avocado Ink over top.

I tied on a button with some twine and stamped my sentiment in Avocado Ink.

My next two cards feature the new Vintage Ornaments stamps & Confetti Cuts.

For my first card, I created a stencil by diecutting the Vintage Ornaments Confetti Cuts
from a piece of acetate and blended Lime GreenIced Aqua
RC Aqua & Avocado Ink onto my card.

I stamped my Vintage Ornament stamp onto its coordinating Confetti Cut
in Brick Ink and matted my card on Brick Cardstock.

And for my last card for today, I used a fun piece of striped patterned paper
from the Very Merry 6x6 paper pad.

I stamped my Vintage Ornament stamp onto its coordinating Confetti Cut
in Avocado Ink and added a button and twine to finish it off.
