CAS(E) This Sketch #211

Today, I have a card to share that I made for

Last Saturday, I joined twenty or so other women from my church
for a one day retreat at the Pembina Valley Bible Camp.
I was told that while we could spend some of our free time outside,
there would also be inside activities available (puzzles, colouring, etc.)
I love that this gave me permission to stay indoors!
I decided to stamp some panels ahead of time on watercolour
paper and take along my Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Markers
and a water brush and colour them in there.
I used one of these panels to make my card:

I stamped the flowers and butterfly from Altenew's Wild Hibiscus in versafine onyx black
and heat embossed them in black.

I stamped the sentiment using PTI's Bloomers stamp set.

I used my MISTI to stamp several panels at once, so here's a second version of my card,
where I used gold embossing powder and versamark ink.

I had goofed a little when I stamped my sentiment on my panel.
Not wanting to throw out my card, I stamped the sentiment on a strip of
PTI Ripe Avocado ink and heat embossed it in white.

Visit CAS(E) this Sketch to see the rest of the DT's takes on the sketch
and to play along, if you'd like.
You have until Thursday, March 9th to link up your card.

Thanks for looking!
