Here's my card:
I started with a piece of patterned paper from my stash for my background.
I diecut one of my Neat & Tangled Scalloped frames and on it, stamped
my sentiment from PTI's Tropics in Altenew Jet Black.
I stamped my watering can (from PTI's Garden Variety) in Altenew Mountain Mist
and "filled" it with Wplus9 Fresh Cut Florals stamped diecuts.
