Hey, 'Fetti Fans, welcome to Day 3 of the May Release for Reverse Confetti

This is an extra special release, because we're celebrating Reverse Confetti's 4th birthday!
And we have such a fabulous anniversary release, with 7 new stamp sets, 10 new dies/die sets, a paper pad, a stencil, and four new colors of ink and card stock!

All of the new products will be available in the Reverse Confetti store
at midnight ET May 8.

We are celebrating with extra giveaways this month.
Leave comments on each designer's blog for a chance to win
a $50 Reverse Confetti gift certificate.
Also, head over to the Reverse Confetti Facebook page for an additional giveaway.

Today, we are introducing two beautiful new sentiments sets that you will reach for
over and over again: One Day at a Time & Simply Sentiments.

For my first card, I was inspired by
Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge -- Flutter:

A friend of ours from church passed away last weekend,
so I made a card to give to his wife, to let her know how much her husband will be missed.
The sentiments in Simply Sentiments are so lovely and worked perfectly for my card.

I created my card by using the second generation stamping technique with the butterflies
Buttercup Ink and Sunshine Ink.

I heat embossed my sentiment on a strip of Stormy Cardstock
and matted my card on Cloud White Cardstock.

Remember, there's still time to play along with this
 Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge.

For my second card, I did a watercolour wash technique on my background.

I started by stamping the kite from take flight in versamark onto my watercolour
panel and heat embossed it in white.
I wet my panel with water and then pressed some Iced Aqua Ink onto my
acrylic block, added some water and then brushed it onto my card.
I repeated this process using Sunshine Ink, Buttercup Ink and RC Aqua Ink.

When it was dry, I trimmed it down and matted it on a piece of Cloud White Cardstock.
I used the bottom of the new Round Top Tag Confetti Cuts to selectively diecut
the edge of a piece of Iced Aqua Cardstock, on which a stamped
the sentiment from One Day at a Time.

And, just so you know,
the proceeds from the One Day at a Time set benefit THE PINK FUND.

"The Pink Fund provides 90 day non-medical cost-of-living expenses to
breast cancer patients in active treatment for breast cancer, so they can focus on healing,
raising their families, and returning to the workplace."

 That's it for today!
