I was working on Monday in Sage's class (what a treat!) A woman from my church was also subbing in the class as a learning assistant. I love this woman! She is just wonderful! I've had the privilege to attend a couple of conferences with her and have so enjoyed travelling with her.
As we were chatting, she shared that she was wondering if she should stop teaching Sunday School to the preschoolers at our church, saying that she didn't feel she was good enough. I was shocked! She has taught all three of my kids and I've been thrilled that she has done so. So, I spoke some words of encouragement to her (which she said she appreciated.)
But sometimes, a card is in order...
I used Papertrey Ink cardstock and stamps -- I combined a sentiment from Movers and Shakers Sentiments and We Go Together-- and die (edger's #3). I used some Crate Paper (floral) and My Mind's Eye (chevron). And the feather was made by stamping a Clearly Besotted Fancy Feather stamp over the CP floral patterned paper and heat embossing it with white embossing powder and fussy cutting it out.
I'm looking forward to giving it to her at church this Sunday....
I'm linking this up for this week's Trigger Tuesday at Moxie Fab World: All Sweetness and light.
