So, here's the sketch:
And here are the two layouts I made with it, using Fancy Pants patterned paper.... and photos of my best girl. ;)
The first layout uses patterned paper from the Park Bench collection.
I used my PTI Edger's #3 die to diecut some Fancy Pants patterned paper. On this, I stamped a sentiment from Mama Elephant's Smitten stamp set.
.... and using the diecuts here.
I added some MME enamel dots as well as some decorative brads (the yellow ones are Teresa Collins from She Said), the blue one is Basic Grey and black one is MME.
I journaled on a Becky Higgins PL journaling card. I cut out my title on my Silhouette using Fancy Pants patterned paper (I love how FP put coordinating solid colours on the backs of their patterned paper!)
And for my second layout, I used Trendsetter patterned paper and stickers. Oh, and I flipped the sketch.
I told Sage that I hadn't scrapbooked a list of her "favourites" in a while, so she agreed to write it out for me. We numbered the list using Fancy Pants number stickers. Isn't her printing sweet?
And since, she had "riding her bike" and "dogs" on her list, I decided to switch out the flowers on the sketch for a bicycle with a puppy in the basket (I used my new PTI Pedal Pusher stamps and dies to make it, and I added a couple of MME brads to the wheels.)
The love sticker below the bike is also FP, as is the "her" alphabet stickers. For Faves, I diecut some FP patterned paper (the navy on the back of one of the sheets), using my PTI Headline Alphabet dies.
Thanks for looking!
love them both! I really love handwritten journaling I hats my writing but I know someone will one day treasure it!
