I had submitted a couple of cards to Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking for their April 2015 issue.
The theme was black & white with a pop of colour (wedding).
They'd actually picked up one of them, but then announced that the February 2015 issue
would be their last. :(
So, I thought I'd share them here....
For both cards, I used PTI's Centre Stage cover plate with black & white cardstock, Pretty Pink Posh's Marshmallow sequins & Reverse Confetti's Lots to Say stamp set.
Here's the one they chose for publication:
I stamped the Altenew Painted Flowers and cut them out by hand.
The sentiment was stamped on a Label Me Confetti Cuts, which was also
stamped with Label Me.
Here's the second card:
I inked some white cardstock with hibiscus burst and raspberry fizz ink and from it,
diecut some Reverse Confetti Petals 'n Posies Confetti Cuts.
I diecut the leaves (also Petals 'n Posies and banner (PTI's Get a Handle on It) from vellum
and stamped the sentiment (from Reverse Confetti's Lots to Say)
in Versafine Onyx Black and heat embossed it in clear.
Tomorrow, there will be a huge blog hop to say thank you to Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking,
so please stop back here to see the other card that I made would have been published
in the April 2015 issue, and to participate in the hop.
Thanks for looking!
