Hi there, Sage here.
(This is a picture my mom took of me in Montreal.
It was in front of a shop that sold Japanese papers.)
As she explained in this post yesterday,
my mom took a job painting this week.
So, she asked me if I'd like to be a guest blogger for the next few days.
Of course, I said yes!
Today, I'm sharing the card that I made for Jonah's birthday,
which I made using some Reverse Confetti stamps
and my mom's new Zig Clear Colour Brush Markers.
I love these markers!
They're so fun!
They're so fun!
Here's my card:
I used some of my mom's watercolour paper
and stamped the alligator, cake & sentiment from Later Alligator
using my mom's MISTI.
I really enjoy using the MISTI.
It makes sure things are straight.
I used the Zig Markers and coloured them in.
Then, I used a water brush to give a watercolour effect.
And on the cake, I mixed a few of the colours.
It turned out nicely & Jonah loved it!
I'm linking this card up to Simon Says Stamp's
Come back tomorrow to see that card that I made for my mom's birthday!
See ya next time!

You caught my attention right away with your photo and introduction, then carried on to dazzle me with photos and explanations about your card. You appear to have mastered the Zig markers; I'm still trying to figure mine out. As for that 'gator with his cake: a charming pair! Of course Jonah loved it: it's sweet and, most important, it was created by YOU! I'm looking forward to what you have in store for us tomorrow! Happy Saturday!
