Hi there, Sage here.
(This weekend is the Corn & Apple Festival in our town.
My mom took this photo of me on Friday at the Midway.)
Today as guest blogger, I'm sharing the card that I made for my mom's birthday,
which I made using my mom's new Zig Clear Colour Brush Markers.
I love colouring with these markers!
Here's my card:
and stamped the flowers & sentiment from PTI's Vintage Linens.
I used the Zig Markers and coloured them in.
Then, I used a water brush to give a watercolour effect.
For the leaves, I drew the darker green lines and mixed the watercolour
brush with the colour and put it around to make the leaf.
I'm linking this card up to Simon Says Stamp's
Come back tomorrow to see that card that I made for
a friend I made at camp!
See ya next time!

ReplyDeleteSage, the Corn and Apple Festival looks and sounds like a ton of fun with midway, games, and festival food. Your card is gorgeous with those big blooms that you've water-coloured beautifully! Your shading is especially impressive. I know your mom loves this, as do I! Looking forward to tomorrow's post (I think you should be a 'regular' guest designer *grin*)! Happy Sunday!
