Some almost fall family pictures

This is my wonderful friend, Darlene...



And this is what we enjoy doing together! LOL!



We've been friends now for nine years, having met shortly after they moved to our town in 2000. Austin was one at the time and her daughter, Lauren, was only 7 months old. Wow, how time flies.

Anyway, she is such a wonderful friend that when I called her on Friday to see if she could take some family pictures of us, she said yes. (You see, I hadn't been thinking family pictures for Christmas cards yet (I'm not that on the ball!) but when I got an email from Walmart advertising a one day sale on 4x6 photos on Sept. 9th, I thought that I really should get our pictures taken and ordered, in order to save some $$$.)

So, I debated locations. The beach is always fun. But Cameron is happiest on the farm. Plus they have this great old barn to use as a background, and a nice lane, etc. So we drove to my MIL's farm.

Now, Darlene isn't a photographer, so I set up the camera for a few shots-- and I got these gems:





Then Darlene took over....
