10 Minute Craft Dash #21
As I shared yesterday, I was thrilled to be asked to join the 10 Minute Craft Dash Design Team and today I'm sharing the card I made for my first 10 minute craft dash challenge as a DT member.
Here's the challenge:
And we're very excited that Clearly Besotted is sponsoring Challenge #21, with the prize being two stamp sets of your choice!
When I saw that the challenge was to feature stars, I thought immediately of using my PTI seeing stars die. But I also wanted to include a Clearly Besotted stamp, so I chose to also include a stamp from my Fancy Feathers set.
Here's my card:
I used Papertrey ink cardstock and some Echo Park patterned paper. I stamped my feather on some lemon tart card stock and cut it out by hand. I diecut my banners using PTI's double-ended banner die and get a handle on it banner die. I used my PTI Canvas & Linen impression plate on my star and added a couple of PTI buttons to finish it off. Those buttons were the most time-consumming part!
And here's my time:
Thanks for looking!

dumb buttons! they always take the longest time for me too :). Great card, and congrats on making the team!
Fantastic combination of stamp sets Leigh! Love the you were able to sneak in some embossing too. Congrats again on your new post at the 10 Minute Craft Dash!
Your card is incredible Leigh! And you are on a roll at the moment with all these DT appointments - so happy for you :) x
Amazing cutting for the feather.... And for the craft dash too!
Love the textue on the white star, and the feather is a perfect embellishment.
Love the mix of star and feather! Such a pretty card.
And looks like I need to congratulate you AGAIN! Way to go on this DT too. If only I could limit my time to 10 minutes ... I've tried it a couple times. A great exercise. Your card turned out wonderfully. That feather is so fun and trendy!
This card is so pretty, and does NOT look like a 10 minute card--great job.
Great card--I couldn't have made it in under 10! Love that feather!
