Essentials by Ellen June Pin-Sights Challenge

Today, I have a card to share for the Essentials by Ellen June Pin-Sights Challenge:

Isn't it fun?

I decided to combine this challenge with the
Since I own one Winnie and Walter stamp set (The Big, The Bold and Blessings)
and one Essentials by Ellen stamp set (Mondo Hydrangea),
I combined the two to make my card.
I used was inspired by the colours in the photo.

I started by stamping my sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black
onto watercolour paper and heat embossed it in clear.
Then, I stamped my flowers in versamark and heat embossed them in white.

I used my Zig markers to colour them in, using three shades (light pink,
pink and red wine) for the blooms, along with some water
and a paintbrush.

Thanks for looking!

So beautiful, Leigh. I never thought about embossing the sentiment first. Makes sense since the flower would be resisted.
