Make It Monday #209

Today I have a card to share that I made for this week's

I decided to use my new Brushed Blooms stamps and dies for my card.

Make It Monday #209 Leigh Penner #cards

I started by stamping my Brushed Blooms diecut in aqua mist,
limeade ice, sweet blush & hibiscus burst.
Then, I stamped my sentiment (from Graceful Greetings).
Then, I adhered the rest of the diecuts around the stamped diecut and sentiment.

Thanks for looking!

This is a little different way to do the technique and I love it, Leigh. The colorful bloom takes center stage and you can tell that the white cuts are various parts of the same cut.

WOW! Initially, I thought you'd used a fancy embossing folder, but discovering these are die cuts: major impact! Your in-colour flower, along with the sentiment, nestled in the midst of the framing white dies...stunning! Again, your creativity amazes...

What a great card Leigh! I love the way you framed out the focal image by surrounding it with white die cut pieces.
