Today, I have a card to share that I made for
this month's Mama Elephant Challenge,
which was to use this photo as inspiration:
I was inspired by the pretty pinks in the photo, as well as the
sparkly elements, so I pulled out some glitter paper that
I've had a while and made a card for one of the girls in my Sunday School group
(I thought she'd appreciate the sparkle!)
I used my Mama Elephant Femme Frames to die cut the scalloped background
and the card stock rectangle.
For the inner rectangle, I stamped the numbers from Mama Elephant's
Four Seasons stamp set and then adhered three different colours of card stock to it.
Then I ran it through my die cutting machine with the stitched die.
I stamped the numbers and sentiment (also from Four Seasons) on a die cut circle
and added a silver sparkly arrow (die cut using Reverse Confetti's arrow die).
I'm so glad it's Friday!
I've been looking forward to tomorrow for a while now....
my friend and I are attending a twelve hour crop -- I'm so excited!
Now to go and pack up all of my stuff....
Thanks for looking!

Such a lovely card, Leigh, with the sparkle, grey/pink combination, arrow, and of course, the birthday sentiment images. WOW! Looks like RC and ME both need to join my collection! Enjoy the crop tomorrow!

OK, now we will totally all be expecting to see all the results of your TWELVE hours, holy smokes! No wonder you're so excited. Your layers on this card are scrumptious. Such a good idea to make the panel and then run it all through to get the stitching across the layers. Gorgeous!
So, so pretty, Leigh! I love the layers, and that glittery arrow!
I agree with Kelly I can't wait to see what you do with your 12 hours!! Have a blast and this card is so fantastic Leigh!
