Countdown to Confetti: Happy Harvest & Blooms ‘n Buds

Welcome, 'Fetti Fans to Day 2 of the September Release for Reverse Confetti

This month's release is really fantastic!
In addition to the four new stamps sets & nine new Confetti Cuts,
we're also introducing four new products that Reverse Confetti will be carrying:
cardstock, ink, patterned paper and stencils!
Make sure you come back and visit every day for the next two days,
so you don't miss a thing!

Today, we're showcasing two fun and beautiful new sets with coordinating Confetti Cuts:
Happy Harvest, an adorable acorn set that's perfect for fall,
and Blooms 'n Buds, a fabulous new floral set that's so fun to layer!

The first thing I was inspired to create when I saw Happy Harvest
was a page in my Journaling Bible.

I started by stamping the "In everything give thanks" stamp from Happy Harvest
in my Bible and then adding additional acorns by stamping the back of the
same stamp and topper.
I used Altenew ink, which I learned, was a little too wet for my Bible, as it
left the acorns a little crinkly..... but I'm choosing to look at it as texture. ;)

Here's a close up of that beautiful stamp (I love the fonts!), as well as the verse in my Bible.

On my next card, I combined Happy Harvest with Blooms 'n Buds.

I started by diecutting my background with the Lacy Scallop Frames Confetti Cuts.
I ran it through my diecutting machine with my shim so I could pop out all of the scallops.
Then, I layered it over my Reverse Confetti Tangerine cardstock.
I masked off my background and stencilled some dots onto it using my new
Reverse Confetti Lotsa Dots Stencil.
That's right! Reverse Confetti is also releasing a stencil this month!

I stamped the Happy Harvest acorn and top onto its coordinating Confetti Cuts
using my new Reverse Confetti Tangerine ink on the bottom.
I stamped the Blooms 'n Buds leaves onto their coordinating Confetti Cuts
using my new Reverse Confetti Iced Aqua and Lime Green inks.
I love how these inks coordinate together!

I paired these inks up together again on my next two cards using Blooms 'n Buds.

On my first card, I diecut some light grey cardstock using the new
Leaves Cover Panel Confetti Cuts that's being released this month.
Isn't it beautiful?
I stamped the blooms and leaves from Blooms 'n Buds onto their coordinating Confetti Cuts,
using the new Tangerine, Iced Aqua and Lime Green inks,
and tucked around and behind a strip of Reverse Confetti Iced Aqua cardstock.

I stamped the sentiment from Forever In Our Hearts.
which was released last month.

On my next two cards, I combined Blooms 'n Buds with another new die
that's being released this month: Grateful, Thankful, Blessed Confetti Cuts.

Isn't it lovely?
I diecut the Grateful, Thankful, Blessed Confetti Cuts from the new Reverse Confetti White Cardstock and inked it up using Tangerine ink and PTI's Terracotta Tile.

I stamped the blooms and leaves from Blooms 'n Buds onto their coordinating Confetti Cuts,
using the new Tangerine, Iced Aqua and Lime Green inks,
and matted my card on Iced Aqua Cardstock.

And one last card...

On this card, I diecut the largest Lacy Scallop Frames Confetti Cuts without my shim
from the new White Cardstock so that the scalloped pieces would stay attached.
I love the texture this adds to the border!
Onto my background, I stamped the leaves from Blooms 'n Buds in two shades of grey.

I diecut the Grateful, Thankful, Blessed Confetti Cuts from
Iced Aqua Cardstock and blended Iced Aqua Ink over the bottom half of the diecut
to create an ombre effect.

Beautiful cards! Love the ombre effect you did on a couple of the sentiment dies. Love the tangerine under the lacy scallop. And I loved your acorns & wondered how you got that texture ... before reading what happened. Came out great!
