10 projects in 10 days-- Day 9

I'm a little late today. We had Jonah's birthday party here this afternoon. We ended up going to the Manitou pool and had such fabulous weather-- praise God! We'd been praying all week when we saw the forecast was for thundershowers! We ended up having them this morning before 7am instead!

I wanted to share a layout I made of our trip to the Como Zoo last summer. It's a two pager-- quite rare for me, I know, but my zoo layouts are almost always two pagers because I take so many photos of the different animals.

This one came together really easily, with a little inspiration from two different sketches from the June Page Maps.


I used my "new-to me" typewriter to type out the journaling.



And I am loving my Half and Half stamps and dies from Papertrey Ink!

I also used Bazzill cardstock, Bo Bunny and The Girl's Paperie patterned paper, October Afternoon alphabet stickers and my Quickutz Classic Alphabet dies.

This is such a great page!!! I love how you fit them all on your page! I hope you had a fun time down here! We visit Como all the time!!! I have years and years worth of photos from there!!
