Today, I have a card to share that I made for

 CAS(E) This Sketch #160 designed by Chrissy Larson:

I used some PTI patterned paper as my background:

I stamped the sentiment using 

Simon Says Stamp's Congratulations stamp set.

I then added some flowers from PTI's Graceful Greetings stamp set.
