She chews on everything: toys, her fingers, clothing (sleeves, collars, little beads or bling on the shirt, etc.) her toes, etc. It's been a source of frustration for several years, so I figured I should document it on a scrapbook page.
I used Bazzill cardstock, Crate Paper pp and Pink Paislee chipboard letters.
Does anyone in your family do something that annoys you?

YES!!! ( my daughter has been a nail chomper for years...same reasons - nerves, frustration, upset )
