Inspired By Halloween Decor

Recently, I found this fun photo of Halloween mantle decor...

digsdigs.com

I was inspired by the top of the mantle, with all of the black and white
with just the pop of green!
I couldn't resist using my new Best Witches stamp set
from Reverse Confetti to make my card.

I stamped the images & sentiment from Best Witches and decided to just
colour in the potion in the cauldron with my Zig Markers.
I also added a little shading at their feet.
This reminds me of children's books from my childhood when only one thing was coloured in!

I used my Lotsa Dots Stencil to apply Lime Green Ink onto a piece
of Lime Green Cardstock.
I trimmed my Cloud White Cardstock at an angle and layered it overtop.

Thanks for looking!

This is so cute! How clever to bring the green up by coloring in the bubbles.

This is so darling, Leigh. Why not enter it in the Inkspirational challenge - black with one other color (you can use white too). It would be perfect for it.

SO adorable! Love this sweet Halloween scene, and love the spot of color. Totally reminds me of those childhood books, too. :)
