Today, I have a card to share for
This pretty sign inspired me to use my PTI Garden Gate Kit to make my card.
I started by blending some yellow ink onto my white cardstock background.
Then, I blended grey ink onto a piece of soft stone cardstock using my
Tim Holtz woodgrain stencil and diecut it using the lattice die from the kit.
I diecut the sentiment outline from some woodgrain patterned paper
and heat embossed my sentiment onto it in white.
This turned out to be too light on the light wood sign, so I blended
some Evening Grey ink onto it using my blending tool --
this helped the sentiment stand out.
I stamped a bunch of Wplus9 Free-hand Florals stamps onto
their coordinating diecuts and added them to my card.
Visit Inspired By All the Little Things to see the rest of the DT's takes
on the inspiration photo and to play along, if you'd like.
You have until Thursday, October 6th to link up your card.
Thanks for looking!
