Today, I'm sharing two cards that I've made for two more
Stamp-A-Faire challenges yesterday.
Stamp-A-Faire challenges yesterday.
My first card is for Nichole Heady's leather challenge.
I went to check my stash of tissue paper -- no brown in site!
I ended up using pink!
I just had to make sure that I inked up the back edge a little, too. ;)
I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out...

I decided to use my Sunflower cover plate for this technique.
That was a lot of little shapes to pop out of two diecuts!
I did four layers of tissue paper over top and blended Altenew Mocha ink over top,
once it was dry (I let it dry overnight.)
I blended some PTI Spring Moss ink onto a KIS frame and
some Altenew Buttercream ink onto the centre of it.
I stamped the sentiment (from Choose Joy) in Altenew Espresso.
Next, I decided to make a card for Heather Nichol's wool challenge.
I decided against using felt, since layering it gets so bulky,
and used my Leaf Silhouette dies with wood paper and cardstock
(these were leftovers from yesterday's cards.)
I smooshed some Autumn Rose and Scarlet Jewel inks mixed with water onto watercolour
paper and, once dry, diecut them with the background leaf die.
I stitched them together and added them to my card, with some twine,
layered over a piece of patterned paper onto which I blended Autumn Rose ink.
I stamped the sentiment (from Spring Woods) in Altenew Jet Black.
Thanks for looking!
