Colour Throwdown 453 (X2) & Make It Monday #292

I was so inspired when I saw the inspiration photo for Colour Throwdown 453:

that I made two cards!
For the first one, I tried to recreate the photo, using my jar from Lawn Fawn's Summertime Charm
and some fruit sets from Papertrey Ink.

I started by stamping my jar in Altenew Morning Frost and then using a mask
around the jar and applying Altenew Buttercream with my blending tool.
I stamped the raspberries using Papertrey Ink's Summer Berries set and
Altenew Crimson & Velvet and PTI Green Parakeet & New Leaf.
I made a mask for the berries and stamped the lemon slice using PTI's Still Life: Summer.
Then, I made a mask for the lemon slice and stamped it again, as well
as on it's coordinating diecut.

For my sentiment, I diecut my "summer" diecut (from Studio Calico)
and blended Green Parakeet and Buttercream onto it.
I stamped the "blessings" using my Easter Blessings set from PTI.

And for my next card, I used
Papertrey Ink's Make It Monday #292: Colour Blocking Three Ways:

I stamped my Brushed Off along the side of my card in Buttercream,
Mango Smoothie and Green Parakeet inks.
I added the fruit, stamped onto their coordinating diecuts.

I stamped the sentiment using SSS's Big Scripty Sentiments.

Thanks for looking!

Picture perfect summer cards, Leigh!. I was wondering where your MIM card was on the linkup which ended up on another page from the usual hookup. Your Altenew inks stamp beautifully. I have most of the Distress Inks and use Hero Arts shadow inks for everyday stuff but the Altenew colors are tempting.
