I used PTI cardstock (simply chartreuse, rustic white), stamps (tremendous treats: Christmas) and dies (tag sale #5). I punched the circle with my SU! 1.75" circle punch and used some ribbon from my stash. The music notes stamps is a Hero Arts Cling.
