More feathers, but in a different way

Today, I have a card to share that I made for the Fusion #4 Challenge:

I was totally inspired by the colourful butterflies on the pink background
with the white leaves around the edges.

I don't have any butterfly stamps,
so I decided to get creative and use my Wplus9 Fanciful Feathers stamps
to make a butterfly.

I stamped the same feather four times, masking off the middle.
Then, I fussy cut it out by hand.
For my background, I stamped some PTI Turning a New Leaf leaves around the edges
of my sweet blush cardstock and heat embossed them in white.
The sentiment is also from Fanciful Feathers -- I just love this font!

I'm linking this card up to Wplus9's Birthday Celebration Week 3: Trend Watch
because I used a hand lettering sentiment stamp & some enamel dots.

Thanks for looking!

Darn clever! It's so satisfying to get multiple uses out of a stamp, and you've gone way above and beyond with your feathers, Leigh! Just love this. Really pretty card. Bev

Gorgeous, and great way to improvise. I'm surprised you don't have any butterflies, but now you see you don't even need them.
